1. We want you, the customer to be 100% satisfied with the goods or services we provide.
2. We have let you, the customer know we are charging your account with the correct amount.
3. The credit card being used to settle must belong to you, the customer.
4. If you wants to make a payment with a company/corporation credit card, an company email address is required as well. A receipt will be issued and a copy of the receipt is sent to the company’s accounting department.
5. We will send a receipt to the email address provided after payment is complete.
6. The payment will appear on your statement as SumUp* Be-Team Integrating your life

necessary for the purposes listed at Paragraph 3.

We will collect and process the following data about you:

    information about you that you give us by filling in forms on

    or credit card information, educational institute (in the case of
    signing up for our academic program), personal description and
    qualifications (in the case of applying for a job).

    • analytics and search engine providers that assist us in
      the improvement and optimisation of our site and our software
      (including, in relation to Blino, Apple, yu-scan, its partners,
      subsidiaries and affiliates).

    information to third parties in the following circumstances:

    • if we sell or buy any business
      or assets, in which case we will disclose your personal data to the
      prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets only if
      necessary for the sale or purchase;

      yu-scan in relation to this project app Be-team or substantially
      all of its assets, in which case personal data held by yu-scan in
      relation to this project app Be-team (including that about its
      customers), will be one of the transferred assets;

    • if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal

      enforce or apply our licence terms.

event of transfers to yu-scan in relation to this project app. It may
also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us

includes staff engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your
order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of
support services. In particular, if you place an order for hardware
in the USA or Japan, or to be distributed in the USA or Japan, the

processed at a destination in the USA or Japan, in connection with
the fulfilment of your order.

necessary: (a) for the performance of a contract between us and the
relevant third party, where such contract has been concluded in your
interest, or (b) between you and us, or in relation to
pre-contractual steps relating to that contract. Where you have
consented to use of your personal information for marketing purposes,
we will transfer that information to our email marketing service
provider(s), one of whom who is based in the USA and is certified
under the Privacy Shield framework (for more information about the

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which
enables you to access certain parts of our site, such as the

agreement with any third party vendor and does not accept any

The payments for software orders placed through the site are
redirected and processed by Stripe (a third party).  You are
subject to Stripe’s’s User Agreement for Service and privacy
policy at all times during payment transactions. Stripe’s privacy

Yu-scan, in relation to this project app Be-team does not accept any
responsibility or liability for Stripe’s User Agreement for Service
or any Stripe policy or loss and / or damage caused by such agreement
or policies.


Should you have a complaint regarding our use of your personal

opportunity to deal with your concerns.

However at all times you have the right to make a complaint to the
relevant supervisory authority. The UK supervisory authority is the
